What is Krushware made of?

All Krushware products are crafted from 100% premium, food-grade silicone. Unlike plastic, our silicone is BPA-free, BPS-free, and phthalate-free. It is a non-toxic, non-porous material that won't leach chemicals into your drinks or retain odors. All our products have been tested by an independent lab.

Is Krushware safe for hot and cold drinks?

Yes! Silicone is incredibly temperature resilient. Our drinkware is designed to handle everything from ice-cold smoothies to boiling hot coffee or tea. It provides a natural thermal grip, though we always recommend caution when handling very hot liquids.

Can I put my Krushware in the microwave?

Absolutely. Krushware is microwave safe. Because silicone doesn't absorb microwave energy, it stays stable while your beverage heats up.

How do I clean my Krushware?

Cleaning is effortless. Our products are 100% dishwasher safe. You can also wash them by hand with warm soapy water. Because the surface is non-porous, they resist staining and buildup.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship all orders via DHL to ensure reliable tracking. Delivery times depend on your location:

• Germany: 2–4 business days.

• European Union (EU): 7–10 business days.

• Outside the EU: 2–4 weeks (customer responsible for customs duties and import taxes).

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from DHL with a tracking link so you can follow your Krushware’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied. In accordance with EU regulations, we offer a 14-day return period. You can return your items for any reason—no questions asked—within 14 days of receiving your order.

Who pays for return shipping?

For "no-reason" returns within the 14-day window, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at store@krushware.eu with your order number. The items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Are you a new company?

Krushware is a newly founded brand, but our team is far from "new" to the industry. Our founders have more than ten years of experience specializing in silicone drinkware engineering and manufacturing. We launched Krushware to bring that decade of expertise directly to you.
